At JJ Ncongwane Books, we are committed to ensuring that your siSwati literature reaches you safely, quickly, and affordably.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within South Africa.

  • International shipping is available on request – please email admin@jjncongwanebooks.co.za for a custom quote.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local (within South Africa): 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • International: Delivery time varies (usually 10–21 business days).

Please note: Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We partner with trusted courier services for safe and reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (South Africa): Flat rate R50.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above R1500.

  • International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order through the courier’s website.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.

  • JJ Ncongwane Books is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at admin@jjncongwanebooks.co.za with your order number and photos of the package.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
